Libby is a kind-hearted soul who adores everyone she meets. According to her previous owner, she got along famously with children and dogs, hardly paying any mind to the resident cat. Libby was a model of good behavior in the home, completely house trained and even used a bell to signal when she needed to go outside. Her delightful demeanor makes her a pleasure to be around at the shelter. Unfortunately, due to a family illness, Libby could no longer remain in her previous home. Now, she eagerly awaits the opportunity to join her forever family.Est. DOB: 4/9/1565 lbs. and trying to lose a few.AAR does not transport for adoption.Adoption processTo adopt a pet from AAR, potential adopters must fill out AAR's adoption application and interview with an adoption team member. If approved, an adoption agreement is signed and fees paid. Adoption Fees:Dogs/puppies 6 months of age and older $175Puppies under 6 months of age $200Cats and kittens are $50The fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, and all adoptable animals are current on vaccinations and worming.Shelter locationHours of Operation Cat and Dog Adoption Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m and Sunday from 11am - 3pmClosed Monday Since AAR is an all-volunteer organization, adoption hours (and answering the phone) are subject to volunteer availability.
