Simone is young cat who is best suited for a home without children, other cats, most people and maybe even dogs (her foster home does not have dogs so her exposure to them has ben slim to none). She is cute, but she has an attitude. While she does like affection, she wants it to be her own idea, usually whining or sometimes growling when you just pick her up most of the time. Her claws tend to make an appearance when she's not wanting attention and even goes to the extent to bite (though not enough to puncture the skin). One of her favorite things is being held up on your shoulder and loves to stay there as you walk around the house. Again, best if it's her own idea - if it is, she'll like some petting during that time as well. I believe that she really is a great cat, she is looking for an accommodating home that will be patient with her as she continues to learn that life really isn't so bad.
