Opal is as gorgeous and precious as her namesake. Born March 8, Opal has grown up with five siblings, an attentive mama cat, and a doting foster mom. While she loves to romp and play, you will most often find her perched somewhere, observing, and waiting patiently for her human’s attention. Once she has it, she sticks to you like glue, in the nicest way. Opal is an old soul, her wide eyes and grizzled face suggesting deep thought and sage wisdom. The most loving and adorable of girls, Opal will make the perfect companion. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with other cats, older children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction. The adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, and vaccinations. We try to make our adoption process a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. At the same time, we pride ourselves on being as thorough as possible. This means that we take time to make sure the pet you're interested in is the right fit for your family. We will work with you to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. If there is more than one application for a pet, we will be upfront and let you know. Please be aware that we may make a home visit and/or contact your veterinarian before completing the adoption process. We may also contact your landlord if you rent an apartment or home.
